The Largest Inflatable and Event Supplier Trade Show in the UK! 🎪🎈

LSS 2026 marks our 13th annual show, and it's set to be our biggest and best yet. The event takes place on 7th and 8th October 2026 at the Three Counties Showground WR13 6NW. Show hours are 10am to 5pm on Wednesday and 10am to 4pm on Thursday. With over 40 exhibitors, the Leisure Supplies Show is free to attend and has drawn thousands of industry hirers from across the country and overseas over the past 12 years.

The two-day trade show is organised to deliver maximum value to party, leisure and event professionals. The Three Counties Showground offers ample parking and easy access for trade visitors. This year we have added an extra hall, making LSS 2026 the largest edition to date. Expect a fast-paced environment where new products launch and suppliers showcase the latest inflatables and leisure technology.

The show attracts leisure facility owners, regional party hire companies, children's education and childcare providers, and anyone involved in keeping kids and adults entertained. Visitors come to research products, compare suppliers and make purchasing decisions for the year ahead. Over the last 12 years thousands of professionals have used LSS as a planning hub for their hire fleets and business expansion.

LSS features companies dedicated to the party, event and leisure industry including some of the world's largest manufacturers of Bouncy Castles, Inflatables and Soft Play. The floorplan brings together UK trade bodies and service providers such as Insurance, Website developers and booking platforms. You will also find accessories for the leisure industry, electronic games, carnival games and simulators all under one roof.

This year's trade show will be the largest yet, with an expanded range of Bouncy Castles, Rodeo Bulls and Multi Ride Simulators, plus Soft Play, Ball Pit Balls, Buzz Wires and Photo Booths. Discover new booking systems, electronic games and leisure insurance offerings aimed at helping your business scale. The additional hall increases exhibitor capacity and creates more opportunities to compare equipment side-by-side.
