When is the exhibition?

  • Wednesday 7th October: 11:00 – 17:00
  • Thursday 8th October: 10:00 – 16:00

How many exhibitors will be attending?

How do I register to attend?

Register online via the registration page on our website. Pre-registering speeds up sign-in on the day and helps us manage entry queues.

How do I sign in on the day?

On arrival, please proceed to the registration entrance where a member of our team will sign you in. If you have pre-registered, this will help speed up the process.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free parking is available for visitors on the day of the exhibition.

Can I charge my car at the venue?

There are no charge points at Three Counties Showground near the exhibition hall. Please plan your EV charging in advance.

Can I buy products on the day?

Yes. Exhibitors are permitted to sell products during the event, so you are welcome to make purchases and take items home with you on the day.

Can I bring children?

Yes — we are a child-friendly event and children are welcome to attend.
If children wish to use any inflatables or test products, please check directly with the exhibitor beforehand to ensure this is permitted.

Is there food available onsite?

Yes, a catering company will be onsite on both days, offering a selection of food and drinks to purchase.

Can I bring my dog?

Three Counties Showground is generally dog-friendly. However, please do not bring dogs into the exhibition halls unless they are guide or assistance dogs.

Can I pay by cash or card?

Payment methods vary by exhibitor. Please check with each exhibitor directly to confirm whether they accept cash, card, or contactless payments.

Is there first aid available onsite?

Yes. There will be a first aid tent located in Kildare Hall, along with two trained first aiders on duty and circulating throughout the show during opening hours.

Where are the smoking areas?

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas outside the venue. Please do not smoke inside the exhibition halls.

Can I take pictures and videos?

Yes, photography and filming are allowed. However, please ensure you have permission from anyone appearing in your photos or videos before sharing them on social media.
