How do I book a stand space?
To book, complete the contact form on the "Apply for a Stand" page on our website. Alternatively, email us at info@leisure-supplies-show.co.uk. Your booking is confirmed once payment terms are met and PLI is supplied.
Where do I find an updated floor plan?
An up-to-date floor plan is available on the "Floor Plan" page of the website. Check it regularly for changes and availability.
I need a specific stand size but it’s not on the floor plan.
We can usually accommodate bespoke stand sizes. Contact the office to discuss your requirements and options. We will work to find the best solution for your space needs.
How do I pay for my stand?
Payment schedule:
- 25% of the total stand fee due on booking to secure the space.
- A further 25% due by 1st March 2026.
- Remaining balance due in full by 31st July 2026.
- Bookings made after 1st August 2026 require full payment on invoice.
When can I set up my stand?
- Build-in: Tuesday 6th October 2026 from 8:00am until 5:30pm.
- Stands must be fully arranged by 9:00am on Wednesday 7th October 2026.
- Dismantle: No breakdown before 3:30pm on Thursday 8th October 2026.
Expected footfall?
The show has grown year-on-year. In 2025 we recorded over 1,200 attendees. Expect a strong trade and buyer audience.
Do I need Public Liability Insurance?
Yes. Public Liability Insurance is mandatory. A copy of your certificate must be emailed to us upon booking your stand space. No PLI, no admission to build.
Can I sell products on the day?
Yes. Exhibitors may sell directly from their stands. If you sell items, please only remove sold stock on the second day after 2:00pm. This keeps aisles clear and the event safe.
Does my stand come with power?
All stands include one complimentary power socket. Additional sockets are available at extra cost. Order extra power in advance to avoid on-the-day delays.
Is there Wi‑Fi onsite?
Wi‑Fi is available onsite. However, signal strength may vary between halls. We cannot guarantee consistent speeds in all locations. Consider a backup connection for critical transactions.
Is there first aid available onsite?
Yes. There will be a first aid tent located in Kildare Hall, along with two trained first aiders on duty and circulating throughout the show during opening hours.
